CIA Urges Russians Frustrated By War To Share Information

The U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has released a video containing instructions for Russians disappointed or angry about the Kremlin's war on Ukraine and life under President Vladimir Putin on how to share valuable information with U.S. intelligence anonymously and securely. "The CIA wants to know the truth about Russia, and we are looking for reliable people who can tell us this truth," the video on Telegram says. "Your information may be more valuable than you think."
